This week’s session focuses the sub-principles of Defensive Organization. This is designed to be a short, intense session used in active-recovery as the first training period following a match. These principles are defined according to a method of training known as, Tactical Periodization and focus on a horizontal hierarchy to emphasize the foundation elements that our principles of play are based on. Of course, they can be used independently according to your own training philosophy. Check back soon to the “Training” page for an explanation of Tactical Periodization and how you can implement it next season!
