Eagles 06 Boys with Coach Tevin Fowler

The Eagles 06 Boys coached by Tevin Fowler finished the Trussville Classic as Champions for the 2006 Silver Division. They went undefeated at 4 wins and 0 losses for the tournament and faced a strong Trussville team which they defeated twice with the same score line 2-1. It was a great experience for the team heading into state cup and coach Tevin couldn't be happier about their accomplishment!

The Liberty 05 Boys coached by Chris Rogers finished the Trussville United Classic as Champions of the 2005 Silver Division. The weather started out gorgeous and the boys took advantage with a 3-2 win over the Trussville 05 Fire White. Needing only a win to advance to a final their second match watch called off before it began putting the boys in a hole heading into their match Sunday morning. Needing 2 goals to advance to the final and being down 3-0 at halftime they put 3 past a strong Tuscaloosa Premier 05 team. They lost the match 7-3 but earned a second shot at them in the championship. In a nail bitter of a match in which they fell down 1-0 early only to end 2-2 they forced a PK shootout. It was all tied up going down to the last takers with the Keeper for the Liberty 05 making a save as well as scoring the winning kick!
